MY STORY
Put in a cradle
I have been interested in people and relationships since the early days. In my family I was the one who tirelessly raised questions about obvious, but often unspoken characteristics of people and relationships. I have been a dreamer for as long as I can remember and my big eyes are always turned into the future with confidence and anticipation. A study of psychology was just a logical consequence of what was laid in my cradle.
It’s all my husband’s fault
It became interesting, when one afternoon my husband enthusiastically returned from the training that he had in the company and said: “That’s what you could do too.” One sentence was enough and I was warming up for the idea. In a few months, I was already employed in this company. It was immediately clear to me that the business environment with its clear objectives and constant changes is an ideal incentive for personal development. From the classical sales and communication trainings, I have already stepped into the shoes of the director of the company within two years. Leading a team of committed co-workers and constant care for business was a great learning experience. But it was time for a new story.
My Story
In November 2007 I became an entrepreneur, and since then I have a really great boss – myself 🙂 Which is fun is and at the same time very responsible. It has always been clear to me that success is related to knowledge, so I brush it every year in a number of training sessions abroad. But I think that the key part of success is who you are as a human being, so every year I think of something that puts me out of the box and encourages my personal development. In recent years, I have matured as a human and as an expert. I understand business and I understand people. I can also quickly feel the people that I’m working with. I like to get into their story. And I know how to articulate what is usually difficult, but it’s key to progress. For the individual or for the company/business.
Why do I do, what I do anyway?
I believe in a world in which people wake up full of energy in the morning and go to work to fulfill their mission and potential. I believe in a world in which success can be achieved through relationships based on trust, respect and humanity. I believe that we are in this world so that by contributing ourselves we create something that is more important than ourselves. The world is changing. What is small and just an exception today can be bigger and the rule / standard tomorrow. And I am here to create with you the world that we really want to have. The one that we will proudly leave to our descendants. Despite the idealistic ideas that give me energy, I’m also firmly on the ground. Against the many faces of reality I know that this path is not easy. But it is simply worth it

Interested in my personal life?
My husband often says: “Life with you is really interesting“ and I know he means interesting and difficult at the same time. I taught my two sons how to cook, to enjoy life and to go after their dreams.
I have started windsurfing when I was almost 40. Today my favorite windsurf spot is Karpathos, Island in Greece – the windiest place in Europe.
I choose to have a dog – Jack Russel Terrier, which tells quite a bit about my character. We both know what we want. Nothing can stop us. And we both can fill up any place with lots of positive energy.
I am qualified Raw Food Chef and most of my days start with fresh juices.
The most important decision in my life was that I want to live every day with a spark in my eyes.
