Marjana Laibacher Rogelj is a pioneer of vertical leadership development and systemic team coaching in Slovenia. She combines depth psychology, maturity development, and strategic work with leadership teams during times of breakthroughs and uncertainty.

In a world where IQ and EQ are no longer sufficient, the key question becomes: how do we develop WEQ — collective intelligence capable of holding the complexity of our time? In this 10-minute presentation, I share my vision of the future of coaching through two key lenses: vertical development (shifts in maturity and ways of perceiving) and systemic team coaching (where development is no longer individual, but collective). When organizations hit the limits of old approaches, it’s no longer about new tools, but about the inner transformation of leadership and collaboration. The coaching of the future will be less linear, more holistic, embodied, and collective. Instead of “coach as expert” — “coach as a catalyst of evolution.” We go deeper. We go together.
